Take part in the 2027 survey

What it entails: Answering the yearly online survey: five pages and seven thematic blocks (company profile, reuse focus, bulk focus, scope of operations, financials and employment, qualitative feedback, consent). Only ten questions are required; the others appear only when they apply to the company's model. The 2026 survey ran from April to July.
Confidentiality: Individual answers stay confidential and are published only as aggregates (totals and shares across companies). The name, logo and description appear in the report and in the directory only with the company's consent.
What companies get: Visibility in the European report, in a national report where one exists and in the directory; the sector benchmark by PPWR category; the possibility to submit a case study or a life cycle assessment for the report and this website.

National associations and partners

Become a national partner

What it entails: Relaying the survey to the reuse and refill companies of the country, helping identify companies, and reviewing the national reading of the results.
Why it matters: The 2026 report notes that local partners strongly support the identification of local companies and lead to higher response rates; participation is still thin in Central and Eastern Europe.
What partners get: A national report or KPI brief on their country, co-branding on the edition, early access to the results and the list of companies active in their country.

Funders and EPR organisations

Fund an edition or a national extension

What it entails: Funding the European edition or a national report. National editions have already been produced for Belgium and are being produced for the Netherlands, so a national version can be funded for another country on the same model.
What funders get: The funder is named in the report; co-branding on the edition; early access to the results; a national KPI brief or a full national report.
Independence: Funders do not take part in the analysis. The method, the checks and the limits of the data are described on the Method page.

Registered companies receive the survey link by email when the 2027 survey opens. The 2026 survey ran from April to July.

Share your data, be listed in the directory with your consent, and compare yourself with similar companies through the figures of the report.

Confidentiality

What is published, and what is not

Individual answers are confidential. The reports and this website publish totals and shares across companies, each with the number of companies answering. Two things are published by name, and only with the company's consent: its presentation (name, logo, description, declared activities) and a case study or a life cycle assessment it chooses to submit.
