We have a dynamic calculation of the impact. All packaging is registered though the washing process with RFID. Impact is measures based on each return, packaging material & weight, emissions from washing.

No, but found that our old double-wall stainless steel cups need 27 or 33 uses to break even with single-use, so that's why we moved to PP plastic cups, which needed 2-3 cycles.
